The data transfer between your iPhone or iPad and BW-Bank, as well as the storage of account data on your device, is encrypted and secure. In addition, your access password for BW Mobile Banking protects your data from third-party access.

You securely authorize orders using our modern TAN methods pushTAN or chipTAN.

We recommend that you always keep the BW Mobile Banking app and the operating system of your mobile device up to date to ensure smooth use and maximum security.

NOTE

With the multi-bank capability, you can have accounts from multiple credit institutions in one app. You have access to your BW-Bank accounts as well as most accounts from other German banks and savings banks. Once you have set up a BW-Bank account in the app, you can manage as many accounts from other credit institutions as you like in the BW-Bank app. The prerequisite is that each account is enabled for online banking (HBCI or FinTS with PIN/TAN). Not supported are, among others, Commerzbank, TARGOBANK, BMW Bank, Volkswagen Bank, Santander Bank, Bank of Scotland.
